Purchased the zlite beau 9 light chandelier and it looks NOTHING like color in photos. It is a very ugly almost orange deep yellow. Color in photos is a pretty antique brushed brass. You have to ship return at your cost even if you live ten min away just to make you waste $. Also if any wire trimmed they wont issue a refund. My husband tried to surprise me when it arrived and hung it up so now Im stuck! Not right at all. Paid over $600 and absolutely hate it. Ugliest color ever . Compare stock photo to actual item in pics I posted. This is bate with and switch

After reading the reviews here I was very reluctant to place an order. However, their prices were so good I had to try.

I placed an order for some of the items I needed to "check them out".

The order was shipped the same day, arrived a few days later and everything worked.

I then placed another order a few days later. Same thing, except this time only part of my order was shipped per the email notification. Concerned there was an issue I contacted them and was told it was being shipped, just from another location. Very prompt and courteous reply to my concern.

All items were timely received.

Then I placed another order. Same great products and service as the first two times.

To be honest, their customer info/order page could be improved in looks and functionality, BUT it did provide enough info to know what was going on so that is not an issue at all. Their speed, quality and communications (from order placement to shipping) was top notch.

Another bonus is that they have a no-cost rewards program. I didn't know about it until they confirmed my order and it was definitely a nice surprise.

BTW, I do not work for them.

I had never heard of them before when I stumbled across them when doing a search. I will be ordering from them again.

This is a big scam! I ordered a ceiling fan.

They sent the wrong color. They are making it impossible to return it. I submitted "RMA" on their website. No response -- no shipping label -- nothing.

I called. A man said I would receive info that day. Received nothing. I called again.

Got the royal run-around from a very rude, irritated Indian man with a thick accent who had a bunch of kids running around yelling in the background. I could barely hear or understand him -- he started yelling at me that I wasn't following the process. I hung up on him. I guess I'm stuck with this expensive fan.

Also, BEWARE the box on your "Edit Account Information Page" that says "Allow Remote Shopping Assistance!" That's how they get into your computer and then they can get into your passwords and other accounts! Don't check that box!

Ordered ceiling fan and it was shipped quickly. Box and product were damaged, light globes broken. Contacted Decorprice and FedEx immediately to submit claim, included pictures. FedEx fails to respond, Decorprice promised resolution and would send return shipping label. After month, contacted them again saying it had been a month and never received return shipping label and I wanted a refund. They responded they would send the shipping label within a week and ignored the request for refund. Contacted them again and asked for refund again and needed shipping label to send broken product back.

Damaged, not resolved

Ordered ceiling fan month ago. Fast delivery but received damaged 11/26/2023. Contacted Decorprice immediately and sent pictures, also contacted FedEx. No response, contacted Decorprice for refund as hadn't received shipping label to return broken fan. They responded I would get return shipping label within week. Didn't receive the refund or shipping label. Contacted them again regarding lack of response.

I found a ceiling fan that I wanted to put 2 of in my condo. Problem was, they were over $900 each.

I had been looking at them for many months on another site - knowing they were beyond my budget. Then in June I had some Over Time fall into my lap and my first thought was to treat myself to at least one fan. Before I ordered, I Googled the name and model of the fan to find the best price. All sites were comparable with the exception of Decorprice which had them for less than half the price of everyone else.

In my excitement, and haste, I ordered two. After two days, it hit me that I'd not checked out the company. I Googled it and found some horrible reviews - my heart sank. After 10 days, I called the company directly and asked about my order, only to be told it would ship "next week".

Well, after all that time, they shipped, and I received them and I couldn't be happier. They are perfect. I went back on their site and looked at some more listings and saw that it clearly states in the item description when the anticipated shipping time would be - including the listing for my fans. I'd just not read that part in all my excitement.

The only thing I would suggest to them is to highlight their shipping to make any delay a little more obvious.

Beyond that, the fans were in perfect shape and work beautifully and look beautiful. The prices have dropped on the other sites now but they are still more expensive than DecorPrice.

Advised my order would be cancelled and money refunded-then they shipped it anyway

I placed an order with DecorPrice.com - which also goes by the name Designer Lighting and Fan -on Monday. I contacted the company the same day to cancel the order due to a mistake on my end.

I followed up the phone call with a cancellation request in writing, as requested. Someone named Roy responded in writing and advised that he had emailed the manufacturer to cancel the order and that "once done, will cancel and refund."

This afternoon I received a notice that the ceiling fan had shipped, despite written promises to the contrary. Now this Roy guy is telling me it was too late to cancel the order and that if I want to return it I will have to ship it back at my cost... and if I refuse the item I will have a refusal charge and a shipping charge.

I have contacted my credit card company to stop payment.

Do NOT do business with this company. It was one of the only times I did not go with a large, well known online firm without doing research first. I wish I had read all the other reviews on TrustPilot and Yelp and for their retail store first. (I should also note that, being aware of the power of an online review, I rarely write a negative review.

I usually keep quiet unless really wronged. Since that is the case, I am posting this review.

) Be warned. Pay a little more money if you must to deal with an ethical company.

I tried to order 2 lamps for$ 468.48 and you keep rejecting my payment. I have the funds and my bank account. I am not sure because recently I changed my address. I have done purchases with you before and order to previous address. It went through. Please stop rejecting my payment. I am ordering the new lamps because I moved to new place.

I purchased an uttermost clock for $127 and it was received broken and requested an exchange. I was told that I could return the clock with a 15% restocking fee and pay for shipment to return.

They screwed me

I made a purchase of some light fixtures. When they arrived on April 29th I realized they were too large so I contacted them about a return.

In accordance with their return policy I returned the lights, at my expense. They were delivered back to the vendor at the address they requested on May 20th. Per their return policy I should have received a credit within 14-21 days after the items were

returned. 32 days after the items were delivered back to the vendor, on June 22nd, and I had still not received a credit I contacted them via email and did not get a response.

On June 24th, 34 days after the items were returned I contacted them again, threatening a chargeback and complaints/negative reviews if I didn't receive my credit.

33 minutes later I had a response saying they emailed the

manufacturer and would provide an update by end of day. I didn't get an update and didn't get a credit and still have not to this point.

Decorprice never sent a confirmation email for my order. I called them 3 days later and was told, "don't worry -you will receive an email when it shipped'. I did receive a shipping email and it was the wrong fan. Since I couldn't prove it was the wrong fan they said I could on get a refund by returning it at my own expense, $40. After receiving the fan they still didn't issue a credit despite they knowing it was being monitored under dispute with my credit card company. If you do decide to order from them, take a screen shot of your order and photo document everything including the box when you are shipping it. They have a fortress of excuses.
